A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT JOHN…
John is a UX Designer based in the Bay Area, who has recently been working abroad in Taiwan and Hong Kong for the past few years. His experiences working and living in Asia provide a broader scope and understanding of users across different continents, cultures, and user experiences. He prides himself as a big picture thinker with a knack for storytelling due to his previous life in the entertainment industry. If there is a problem to solve John will figure out a solution.
His adaptability to learn and ability to bring his previous experiences and understanding of business development, branding, marketing, and user-centric focus is what sets him apart from other UX Designers. Each project John has worked on has been grounded on a clear mission to impact society for the greater good. His life and work have always centered around connecting with people, understanding their needs, and providing them the best possible solution and experience.
John enjoys tackling different mediums and industries. Whether it is a website, native app, or actual product he is excited to be in the process of the story and experience. He has embraced his opportunities to engage in different industries ranging from e-commerce to non-profits, education, and design. He would love any opportunities related to AR, VR, and anything related to the metaverse. The ability to interact and experience the metaverse in an intuitive way will determine whether it is a game or becomes life.
In his free time, John finds inspiration in capturing life with his camera, helping out at animal shelters, coaching kids, doing projects around the house, and hitting winners across the net. He loves watching movies and entertaining his nieces with stories and adventures. Most importantly, John gets excited for any opportunity to chat about pain points or goals, and then explore together to test out different user-centric solutions while getting to know you and your company.
